This is the membership form for individuals.
Objects of the Charity:
The promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (and in particular in Woodhouse and District).
Benefits of Membership:
All members have the right to be notified of, attend and vote at any General meeting. At Annual General Meetings, members receive the audited accounts and appoint the auditors for the next financial year, hear the Trustees Reports, accept the retirement of Trustees and vote in the Committee for the following year.
Membership is open to any individual or organisation interested in promoting the objects — applications for membership will be considered by the Charity’s Trustees. Membership is terminated if the member gives written notice of resignation, ceases to exist, is removed from the membership by resolution of the Committee or ceases to comply with the conditions of membership. Membership is not transferable.
